I want to wish Jake a very happy 31st birthday! I can't believe it's been a year since I threw you your 30th surprise party. Crazy how time goes faster and faster. But I am so happy I have spent the last 8 years with such a loving, kind, fun and just GOOD person. I am grateful for the choices you have made in your life. Not just as a youth, but as a man.
